The Challenge
An established Aerospace manufacturing firm was faced with updating its internal procedures to obtain approval to the internationally recognised Aerospace Quality System AS9100.
The challenge to the firm was to carry out a gap analysis between current procedures and the requirements of AS9100, write new process based procedures and implement.
The Solution
Due to KAL Global's extensive experience in the Defence and Commercial Aerospace sector, KAL Global quickly worked out where the gaps were with current procedures and the requirements of AS9100. Once this gap analysis was established, KAL Global assisted the company in writing new compliant process based procedures.
